Jay's Taekwondo teaches a wide range of adult ages and abilities. Our adult class is for adults up to those in their 100s. We don't place an upper age limit on our Adult Class. Although we spend time working out as a group, our adult classes focus on the individual. We work with those in top physical condition and those who may have limitations.
Each student will learn Taekwondo foot and hand techniques, self-defense, and traditional Poomse. Physical conditioning is integral in every class. Each student will also study the mental aspects of Taekwondo such as self-discipline, self-confidence, team work, and positive attitudes. Whether your goal is exercise, Black Belt or beyond, you'll have an amazing workout for both your mind and your body!

Have children? Try a family class once a week and progress in your skills as a family.
