Teen Classes are designed for ages 13 and up, depending on maturity and build.
Our goal for teens is to help them to become strong, respectful, and responsible individuals. We desire teen students to set short and long term goals both for Taekwondo and for life. Each student will learn Taekwondo foot and hand techniques, self-defense, and traditional Poomse. Physical conditioning is integral in every class. Each student will also study the mental aspects of Taekwondo such as self-discipline, self-confidence, team work, and positive attitudes. Whether your goal is exercise, Black Belt or beyond, you'll have an amazing workout for both your mind and your body!
