Classes for parents and children to work out together.
Parent & Child Together Class are designed for parents to work out with their children (ages 4 and above), all ranks, all abilities, men and women.
Each student will learn Taekwondo foot and hand techniques, self-defense, and traditional Poomse. Physical conditioning is integral in every class. Each student will also study the mental aspects of Taekwondo such as self-discipline, self-confidence, team work, and positive attitudes. Classes are structured, but lots of fun! Kids can develop all the positive mental attributes of an ancient martial art and have a blast doing it! Parents have an awesome workout learning together with their children.
Both a parent and a child must be present together to work out at this class. It is recommended, but not mandatory, that both the parents and children choose at least another day during the week to train with their peer group.
